Cancellation conditions
By making a reservation at our accommodations, you agree to the following cancellation terms:
1. Free Cancellation (up to 30 days before arrival)
You can cancel your reservation up to 30 days before the arrival date free of charge.
The full amount paid will be refunded to your account within 7 business days.
2. Cancellation within 30 days before arrival
If you cancel within 30 days before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
No refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
3. No-show
If you do not show up on the day of arrival without prior cancellation, the full reservation amount remains due.
4. Changes to the reservation
Changes to the reservation, such as a different stay date, are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
5. Force Majeure
Cancellations due to force majeure (such as natural disasters or government restrictions) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. However, this does not guarantee a refund.
